About The Event
Join us for this transformative retreat where we will design a safe and supportive space for our guests to explore, restore, nourish and unwind, and with our unique daily yoga, meditations and cacao healing circles. In addition to yoga and meditations, our retreat will also include workshops such as ayurveda and pranayama, to help you on your path to true happiness. We integrate conscious living techniques so you can integrate these lessons in your current life. These sessions will help create new healthy habits, find tools to release old patterns in order to live the life we dream. This retreat is for all yoga abilities.
