Costa Rica Nature & Nurture Retreat 2025

Join us for this transformative retreat where we will design a safe and supportive space for our guests to explore, restore, nourish and unwind, and  with our unique yoga sessions as well as meditations and cacao healing circles. In addition to yoga and meditations, our retreat will also include workshops and discussions.  These sessions will help create new healthy habits, find tools to release old patterns in order to live the life we dream. This retreat is for all yoga abilities. Perfect for friends, sisters, mother and daughters, solo travelers welcome. We hope to empower each and every participant to create deeper roots with nature, learn indigineous practices and age old techniques, broaden your yoga knowledge, and to get to that self discovery in order to attain peace. You will be in shared accommodations which are open air bungalows, with daily room service, 3 delicious vegetarian meals a day (allergies or vegan optional), unlimited coffee, water, tea, daily yoga and meditation classes and included plus these excursions:

1) Airport transfer to and from SJO airport must arrive before 12:30 pm (shuttle departs 1:30pm) and depart SJO before 1 pm (shuttle departs 5am)

2) Jaguar Rescue Center, one of the premier tourist destinations in Costa Rica, learn all about the nature that surrounds you. 

3) Indigenous People Farm, lunch with Bri Bri Family, visit with a shaman, and experience hike to a waterfall. 

4) Punta Uva Beach and Kayak down the Jungle River with Hike
